Goodwood Design Co. offers engraving and personalization on selected products, along with custom projects for customers who need something beyond the standard options shown on a listing.

Personalization already offered on a product

If a product page offers a name, date, wording, monogram, or artwork upload, use the fields shown on that product page when ordering. Enter text exactly as it should appear and upload the clearest artwork or logo you have available.

Artwork, logos, and custom layouts

On product pages that provide an artwork upload field, you may submit your image or logo with the order. If the artwork, layout, or request is complex or needs clarification, we may contact you by email before production. A digital proof may be sent for approval when needed.

A proof is not required for every order. Standard name, date, short-text, and established monogram layouts may proceed without a proof when that is the normal process for the product.

Custom barrel-head projects

We consider custom engraving on barrel heads and other reclaimed barrel pieces. Standard barrel-head styles and prices do not automatically include custom engraving. If a product page provides an upload field, you may submit artwork there for review. If the request affects pricing, layout, or production timing, we will contact you before production.

How the process works

1. Submit the details. Use the product page when the needed fields are available, or email us for requests that do not fit the standard ordering flow.
2. We review the request. We confirm whether the project is a fit for our workshop and whether any pricing, timing, or artwork questions need to be resolved.
3. Approve a proof when needed. More complex artwork and layouts may require a digital proof before production.
4. We build and finish the piece. Shipping or local pickup by appointment is coordinated once the project is complete.

Natural material variation

Reclaimed wood and barrel materials naturally vary in grain, color, char, staining, cooperage marks, curves, knots, and wear. These differences are normal and help make each piece unique.
