We ordered our flag weeks ago, where is it?
This will never happen. We’re not like other flag companies that will take your order then maybe you will get a tracking number 4+ weeks later. We will stay in contact with you, and if you ever have a question at anytime please email Adam@goodwooddesignco.com and I personally will get back to you that business day. Are there Military discounts?
Yes! We appreciate the sacrifice the men and women of the armed forces do for us every day. All Active duty and Veterans will receive a 10% discount on their order. To get a discount please send us an email (Adam@goodwooddesignco.com) and we will get right back to you with a code to use at checkout.
What wait time should I expect after placing an order for a flag?
Each flag is made to order (unless otherwise notated in the flag description) and will be handcrafted with the highest level of quality as our top priority. Our goal is to have a 1-2 week turnaround time for each order.
I have a specific flag idea in mind, but it is not located on your website. What is the best way to inquire about a specific flag idea or request?
The best method for reaching us is by emailing us at Adam@goodwooddesignco.com and attaching any pictures, along with the description of your idea. We will review the request and send you a response, usually within one business day.
What are the dimensions of your flags
We try to use as much reclaimed wood as we can and the width can vary on it, so each of our flag’s sizes are approximate. Usually within .25”
Small: 10”x18”x1.5”
Medium: 19.5”x38”x1.5”
Large: 32.5”x58”x1.5”
What wood are the flags made from?
We use Doug Fir, Pine and Spruce. Some of the wood is bought from a lumber yard but we try hard to acquire extra lumber and scrap from area builders (that would have otherwise gone to the landfill) and use that in the flags we make.
Can I order just a Union so I can build my own flag at home?
Absolutely! Just shoot use an email with what you would like, and we can make it happen. We love a challenge so give us your ideas!
Can my flags be hung outside?
If you would like to hang your flag outside please select the option for Outside Protectant. We use an extra heavy-duty sealer that will protect against UV rays and the outside elements.
Can I personalize my flag?
Absolutely. We have a CNC machine and can pretty much do whatever it is you would like. Use the Contact Us page or send an email to Adam@goodwooddesignco.com

Can I return my flag?

If you're not satisfied, we are not satisfied. We will do anything to make you happy. We will refund your full purchase price after we receive the flag back from you. Return shipping will be paid by you. If we supply you a return label the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Please let us know ASAP for any shipping damage to your flag. WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT!
