Reclaimed Whiskey Barrel Hoops

Original steel hoops removed from used 53-gallon whiskey barrels and sold as reclaimed material for woodworking, décor, barrel projects, crafts, furniture, and restoration work.

• Available in Clean or Rusty condition
• Typical diameters are approximately 22, 23.5, or 25 inches
• Diameter may vary slightly
• Metal width is approximately 1.5–2 inches
• Available in quantities of 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10
• Raw reclaimed steel
• No wood staves, barrel heads, fasteners, or project hardware included

Diameter Selection

Orders may include a mixture of hoop diameters depending on the quantity ordered and how the hoops fit safely into the shipping box. If you prefer a particular diameter, message us with your order. We will do our best to accommodate the request based on current inventory.

Clean Hoops

Clean hoops are selected from the nicer rings we have available. They may still show light surface rust, scratches, discoloration, small nicks, minor bends, and other normal signs of barrel use. Any light surface rust can usually be cleaned with a 3M-style abrasive pad and soapy water or with fine, high-grit sandpaper.

Rusty Hoops

Rusty hoops have more visible surface rust, typically from barrels that spent more time in the rickhouse. They are still solid, usable hoops and are not intended to be heavily deteriorated or junk-grade rings. Minor bends, nicks, edge wear, scratches, and other used-barrel character are normal. We will not intentionally ship severely damaged, broken, or unusable hoops.

Orders normally ship within 1–5 business days.

Shipping

Calculated shipping applies. These hoops normally ship by UPS and cannot be sent to a P.O. box using our standard shipping method. If you need delivery to a P.O. box, contact us before ordering so we can determine an alternate shipping option and any additional cost.
