Add a name, a date, meaningful wording, a monogram, or artwork to selected Goodwood pieces. When an artwork upload is offered on the product page, you can submit the file with your order. For something more involved, we also consider custom projects shaped by the product, materials, and design.
For personalization already offered on a product, order directly from its listing. Use the artwork upload there when available.
Two ways to make it yours
01 · Standard personalization
Selected products offer names, dates, wording, monograms, or other personalization directly on the product page. Enter the details exactly as they should appear. If an artwork or logo upload is shown, you may include the file with your order.
02 · Custom projects
We consider custom décor, gifts, displays, business pieces, and one-of-a-kind projects. Artwork, logos, different layouts, and size changes may be possible depending on the product, materials, design, and production requirements.
If the product page provides the right personalization or artwork-upload fields, submit your request there. If your idea does not fit the available fields, contact us before ordering so we can review it.
Our in-house capabilities include CNC routing, carving, and precision cutting, along with laser engraving for names, logos, artwork, signs, displays, and custom wood projects. From one-of-a-kind pieces to larger business orders, we can build around your design or help turn an idea into a finished piece.

For custom projects
Use the product-page personalization and artwork-upload fields when available. For requests that do not fit those fields, send project details or wording through our contact form. Email any artwork or reference images to Info@goodwooddesignco.com.
We review the details. If the artwork, layout, pricing, or timing needs clarification, we contact you by email before production. A digital proof may be sent when needed.
Once details are confirmed, payment is received, and any required proof is approved, we create your piece and coordinate shipping or local pickup by appointment.
The details matter
Simple name, date, or short-text personalization may proceed without a proof when that is the product’s established process. Uploaded artwork, logos, complicated layouts, and larger custom designs may need a digital proof.
If a proof is needed, we will contact you by email. Major redesigns or additional revisions may require a separately agreed quote.
Reclaimed wood and barrel materials naturally vary in grain, color, char, staining, cooperage marks, curves, knots, and wear. These differences help make each piece distinct.
